Strawberry is an ongoing project where I document my experience with sexual assault. Initially it was planned to be a video project, but in the last year writing was where I found my voice to be the most clear and I began to focus on various facets of my experience. Rather than write from the past I explore the events from the present, using hindsight and experience to discuss the effects of sexual assault on my life.
